Actually, I am not even a golfer's
bootlace! However I was always keen to participate on dealer
trips with Toshiba and on this occasion the golf course was at the
Bali
Handara Country Club, and set against the foothills of a
mountain range. It has been suggested to me that long white
walk socks are no longer in fashion, or perhaps they never were!
I believe my score for the day was out in 78 and back in 74 (so I
did improve over the course of the day, and it did rain a lot that
day) for a total of 152 off the stick. I was dudded by the
handicapper though, apparently the maximum handicap is 27, so I was
way off the pace although I did win the Bradman trophy for the day.....
