OK, so this started as a
bit of fun with our web designer, Cathie Smith, who threatened to delete
our web site if I persisted in displaying photos of myself which were not
of a professional nature! However I have had great feedback
including an excellent line from Andy Sampson who suggested that I should
keep changing my photo "because you'll eventually get a good one".
Thanks Andy! Part of the fun is also related to whomever else is in
the photo as evidenced by my Sea Scout photo from 1970 which includes
local identities Wayne Smith and Laurie Richardson. I have not had
any negative feedback so I guess they are both thrilled! So I have
decided to compile the photos into a web page for easy reference if you
have a favourite.......
