Margaret River to Tambellup

Note how much I like taking photos of wildflowers (!) all of which were well spotted in the Margaret River region of Western Australia and on my cousin's farms near Tambellup, about 100km north of Albany.

Conto's Field

In the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park; about 15 mins from Margaret River. First time we had mobile phone access from a national park!

Camp Kitchen

In a national park too; note the pile of wood behind the camp kitchen.

Look, grass sites!

Each campsite in Conto's Field has a firepit, tabel setting, grass sites and shade. Wonderful place to camp even when it is raining.....

Bicentennial Tree

At 75 metres; this is taller than the Gloucester Tree at Pemberton; Max climbed 25 metres to the first platform. Greg had to stay on the ground to take the photo.....

At Della's Dairy we got to see how they milk cows these days and max got to sit on a cow for a minute. Then it was the cow's turn....
