Dot Matrix Printers |
|
Dot matrix printers are
essential if you have multi-part stationery for your invoices or
statements where a duplicate copy is required, however most
accounting software now assumes that you need one copy for the
customer and only an electronic copy is retained by your accounting
software.

A
word from Greg ... |

Another good thing about dot matrix printers is their running
cost; you can keep that ribbon going around until the printing is
so faint you can read it! Print quality is heaps better
these days with ink based and laser printers in constant use, but
we are paying a lot more these days for our printed pages!
And we do like our coloured print outs! |
