Windows XP has some basic movie capture and editing features, so
if your camera has a Firewire interface, you could just purchase a
Firewire capture board or USB adaptor for your PC and get started at a much lower
cost. You can then upgrade your software capabilities as and
when required.
You will also need a
relatively recent computer with plenty of processing speed, memory
and hard disk storage space. Upgrade options for your
computer are available of course! |
