Generally speaking, if you are running the Windows XP operating
system, particularly if you are running Windows XP Professional,
there is no compelling reason to change.
The majority of the
computer marketplace will adopt a wait and see attitude to the
new Windows Vista operating system, however most new computers,
particularly for standalone use, will probably be supplied with
Vista.
There may be some
early issues with software and hardware compatibilities which is
100% normal with new operating systems however these issues
should be well and truly sorted out towards the end of 2007. |
